Problems with dstt- red menu face on white back ground

As the title says i keep getting a red menu face on a white background. It has previuosly worked before with no problems, So im not sure whats wrong. I beleive its something to do with the micro sd as the cartridge works with other sd cards in it. Any advice would be appreciated.

Have you tried reformatting the micro sd? thats the first thing I would try.

Well yes i have tried the only thing is that when i try to remove all of the files from the sd it wont let me move, copy or delete them so i dont know what else i could do?

Sounds like a bad micro sd card to me.

Have you tried just formatting the card and starting again, if it will not format in your PC then try to format it in another device (phone, camera) if this succeeds then put it back into your PC and format it again (preferably using Panasonics SD formatter) then reload everything back on.

If it won't format in anything then the card is US and replace it. Corruption usually occurs when the DS is powered off when the SD is reading or writing, always make sure that the card is not saving (or loading a game) when the DS power is turned off
