Double Subtitles - How to burn without having double Subtitles?

With regards to the thread above, I know when watching the movie with Subtitles on my Computer, I would be able to 'off' one of the Subtitle features, to just have one subtitle. However, When i burn using dvdSanta, I don't see any WMP come out, only got the VobSub green arrow in my taskbar - i am unable to 'exit' VobSub, as there is no option for me to do that.

Now I am burning one part of the movie, and hope that by putting "Hide Subtitle", it will not put the subtitle on dvdSanta burning thing, cause I already attached one subtitle thing to the burning process.

Please tell me a sure way to not have duplicate subtitles if you do have any.
