this may be dumb, but with this i will be able to download nes roms and play them away on the ds, anywhere, also will i still be able to say buy a game and not have to unplug the ms ds real.

I really dont follow. Of course you have to take the M3 out of the DS before you can play an official game cart. They use the same slot, so theres nowhere for the official game to go unless you pop out the M3 first.

There are also a range of homebrew emulators for the DS, megadrive and nes games can be played through these, some more sucessfully than others, some games just cannot be played.
