When using MS Paint in Vista 32 bit every time i save a file with
coulored text or Edit an existing file, the coulor will Bleed out but
in its opposite coulor Burgundy text will be surrouded by pale blue
fogging very faint at first and quite localised around the text but go back and edit the file an save the changes and the fog gets progressively denser each time.It shows up on the print preveiw also.
