VobSub Vista X64 Support?

I use VobSub to join .idx/.sub subtitles. Now I got a new system and installed VobSub in my Vista X64 machine. Now I can't use VobSub. I read a bit on this issue and read that there is a way to copy some files to get it working but I'd like a sure and definite answer that is there a way to get VobSub working 100% well in Vista X64? If not then is there a way to join .idx/.sub files in Vista X64 using some other program?
