Hi, can anyone give me advice on these flash cards? Complete newbie. Kids have nds, what do i do to flash a card with games, where do i start, what do i need, and how do i get it?

Do I need a card reader/writer with these, still a bit confused on what to do, do i need to flash firmware or are these card s pre-programed, where can i get downloads?
