Need help moving gba save file from xbox to ds running gba explorer

I have successfully moved the sav file dumped from NOR on ds to the xbox so I can continue playing my save game of Zelda Minish Cap.

Now I've been playing my minish cap on my big screen using my xbox and xboyadvance and am ready to transfer back to the DS using a 3 in 1 and gba explorer.

Any thoughts on how to accomplish this?
