zxvsneverdies.is-the-boss.com/exp.exe, is a trojan detected by avg (network edition) web shield but does not do anything about it. It really irritates me.It pops up almost every minute, help needed urgently

i have the same problem with the virus zxvsneverdies.is-the-boss.com/exp.exe . Do you relolve the problem?
what i have to do to kill this virus
