After trying the downloadable trial from Nero, decided it was to much of a hassel with other software I was using, and also read the samething from others on this forum. Tried to do the uninstall thing, and it left a NeroDigitalExt.dll on my system that I could not delete from my system. I know there are others out there having the same problem, read it here as well..lol. Anyway I managed to get it off my system by doing the following:

1. Uninstall Nero using Program Add/Remove - Yep...lots of them in there need individualy removed...pain in the bum, but it is neccisary.

2. Remove ALL instance of Ahead and Nero from the registry.

3. Delete all instance of Ahead and Nero from Program Files - Now Nero in Common Files will not let you delete it, so you'll need to go into that directory and delete whatever it will let you delete.

4. Download Emsa DLL Register Tool - it has to be registered, but it's free, and clean of any viruses and whatnot.

5. Open the Tool program, and hit the Browse button, go to the Program Files>Common Files>Nero>SMC folder...select the NeroDigitalExt.dll and unregister it.

6. Reboot system, and you should be able to delete Program Files>Common Files>Nero now without any problems.

Done!
