I have 2 Sharp HDTV, both have QAM tuners, on one tv i was able to get the digital channels in. The other Sharp says is not possible, because the TV tuner is not capable? My channels are either 3 or 4 decimals. I am going to get the Toshiba DVD writer (DR560). This has a QAM tuner, has any body out there used it on a Verizon system?
If that doesn't work i was thinking of using a Samsung DTB-H260F converter, which has QAM tuner? Now i am wondering if that will pull in 4 decimal point channels? My CBS channel is 63.1001.
Anybody out there with any input. Thanks in advance. Bill

I use the Samsung DTB-H260F on Comcast, and the highest I have seen is 3 digits (79-337 for example, which is a audio only music channel).
