backing up ps2 iso, and launching it with swap magic 3.6

Look, I used image burn to burn an iso game that I downloaded, and when I inserted in my ps2 and trying to launch it using the swap magic 3.6, it did not work. It would spin, and then it would say that its not a ps2 game.

I have no problem backing up a game, but I dont know why backup up the iso wouldnt work.

Please help me with this situation.

I will be willing to provide any information necessary.

Alright, so you used SM 3.6 and inserted a burnt backup disc and It didn't work. What disc did you use to back up?
