Hi,

My problems started I guess when I tried downloading the latest version of msn messenger (version 9, I think). then I uninstalled it and went back to 8.5. Problems started... and lately, two days ago, I turned on my pc and it had reverted back to windows classic, then all sorts of strange things started happening, for example windows was all in wingdings. After so many fixes, I managed to return things to normal or at least I thought so.

Now all my word documents have a strange icon which has blue lines and a red "A". Other than that, it looks like my system restore is not working and I cannot play yahoo games...Is there a way to fix my problems? Is it a virus?
