Have you deleted a dualboot or restored a operating system?

the only time I have seen this is when I dual-boot my computers. If you don't have a dual-boot going, you can try doing a chkdsk c: /f. If the ntldr is corrupted chkdsk will fix that and get your computer to boot again.
