Making each .avi a separate chapter

I have some video of a music concert but each song is a separate avi file. I burned them to a DVD with Nero vision but becuase each file burned as a separate title there's a pause between each title during playback. How can I make the whole show 1 title with 20 different chapters, each one being a separate file/song?

First join them together with AVIDeMux (or VirtualDub) then author them to DVD with GUIforDVDauthor or your favorite authoring software. You can mark the chapters or even make a chapter menu when you author.
