Wierd Error: DVD-Video files reallocation failed.

I'm getting this error in Nero after splitting a DVD to two DVD-R's (I have done this before with no problems). This is happening with two sets of disks. I split a disk, copy the menu vob and video_ts files to the split disks, correct the number of chapeters for each in IFOEdit, correct the vts sectors and burn. This error is occurring only on Disk 1 (Disk 2 burns fine). Anyone have any idea what I'm missing here? This is driving me nuts.
