Hi I was gonna submit the product info for my AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000 and have stumbled on something that doesn't make sense my processor info isn't on AMDs websites list of CPU's or any sites its entirely different to the 6000+ which is 3.0Ghz and 90nm whereas on the box in front of me & Everest it reckons mines 3.1GHz (stock) and 65nm. There is a little info on Dabs where I bought it. but this has really confused me how a manufacture can just fail to recognise one of its products and how is this going to affect my warranty?

I could put something funny here but I cant be arsed. Now GO AWAY!

I never tried 6000+ because it doesn't have 6000+ written on the box it has 6000 also it doesn't go up to 3100Mhz in the frequency box so I couldn't use that. Thanks I was really confused AMD need to fix there site...

I think that you need to take some time and learn how to search more effectively.

It took me all of 45 seconds to find this information and it didn't matter that I didn't use teh "+".

Did you think about searching on the PART NUMBER?????

Part numbers are always UNIQUE, model names may not be.

If the box said part number or something like that I would have searched for it but instead it has these 2 things that match the code on the site it has OPN (on the box) and M code (on the label).

OK, here's a free lesson.

You provided the dabs link.

The DABS link has this information:

mfr#: ADV6000DOBOX

www.google.com on ADV6000DOBOX

The 10th hit (and the first hit that links to an AMD website is:

products.amd.com/en-us/DesktopCPUDetail.aspx?id=451

Sorry to sound so harsh, but this board is littered with posts from people who wait hours or days waiting for information hoping for some good samaritan to do what they could've done themselves with a little application of knowledge.

don't worry about but try more searching 1st before posting as you'll learn something in the process that you can teach others what to do. teach & learn.
