SONY DVD WRITER READING PROBLEM

Hi all,

i am having sony DVD writer.But i am facing problem in reading ant DVD-R and also if i try to write burn process fails.

But if instead of DVD-R i am using DVD-RW all works fine.

also when isee in properties of say G: Drive its shows me Free space = o bytes and used sapce= 0 bytes.

Can any one help me out.

Or cna any one provide me the sony service center.
