I have well over 200 processes running at once every time i log on to my Laptop.
Most of them are cmd.exe and services.exe files.
Why so many processes and which can i delete, in order for PC to run better? or is this normal.
Thanks in advance

Generally, cmd.exe and services.exe are normal to be running, although having over 200 processes does seem excessively high. Have you tried running a spy-ware/virus scan? This site is very useful for telling you about processes you computer is running.: http://www.processlibrary.com/
