Nero8 ultra edition: DVD burn process failed with status 3

When making home video's using Nero 8 it failed to complete the process of burning DVD. Reviewing the problem report it appears every thing is find until the write process is all most completed.Then I see the following comments:
1. Nero error -1135
2.burn process failed at 16X(22,160 kb/s)
3.HKLM\software\microsoft\windows nt\current version\winlogon\allocate cdroms:0 ( security option)
4.Burn process failed with status 3

The problem started after I had to replace the hard drive.Reloaded all the programs. I have sony s/w for my digital video camera that allows me to make movie which suddently is having problems with completing a DVD burn and in additon I have Dell movie studio plus using Roxio for the capture card.

I just checked regedit on my machine. I don't have that specific registry key. You could try and backup that key (right click, export in regedit) then delete it, restart Windows and try to burn again. Just a thought??
