ok i extracted a ps2 game and it gave me 2 files a iso which is 2.81 gb (about the size of the game) and a mds file which is 4.25 kbi have a ps2 slim scph 79001 which one do i burn so it will work with esr and swap magic?

The .mds file is never needed unless its a dual layer game. People just seem to create it anyway.

Just patch the ISO of 2.81 gb, and burn it with imgburn.
