Which firmware files needed for my K800i phone?

I'm a newbie, trying to flash / debrand / unlock my Sony Ericsson K800i mobile phone. After much investigation & hair pulling, I gather I need to use the program JDFlasher because the 'EPROM CID' on my phone is 53. (Whatever that means!)

I know I can pay someone to do this but want to understand how to do it myself.

Here's my phone's settings:

Platform: DB2020
OTP CID: 49
EROM CID: 53
EROM Color: Red
Phone ID: K800
Region: HUTCH_1
CDA: CDA102511/69 R24A
Firmware Version: R1KG001
EROM: R3A022

If it's of any help, Sony Ericsson's software confirms my phone is currently running the latest version of the firmware which is "K800 HUTCH 1 CDA102511/69'. But this still means little to me although I can see how it matches up to the data shown above.

Using JDFlasher I am prompted to select the 'appropriate' firmware files for my phone but how do I find out what these files are & where I can download them from? I gather the file name will be something LIKE K800_R8BF003_FS_CENT_EUROPE_RED52 but I don't just want to GUESS which is right! It could kill the phone!

So can anyone guide me to the correct firmware files, or at least to a site that will help me further?
