Is it possible to unlock and play the PSP high level games directly?

I saw almost all of the PSP games have locked advanced/high level games until you complete some basic game or earn enough points. Is it possible to unlock and then play the high level games directly by skipping the presetting conditions?

you could download saves from various sites like www.gamefaqs.com or you can goto www.cwcheat.com and use codes on your psp games to get you more points, infinite lives ect.
