I am having trouble getting a picture on my laptop of TV. It is a Viao with 1080 HD screen and media center. I have a special remote for it and am able to program it to control my HD cable set-box and computer both, but I can't get a picture. There are no special interfaces on my laptop, except for USB cables. But there is a spot for a UHF/VHF cable. So far I have hooked the set-box into the wall and the laptop in to the set-box, all via antenna cables. It seemed to work fine that way for my TV, without A/V connections, but do I need video/audio connections for my laptop? As in a HDMI to USB? (It also doesn't work with the cable antenna going straight into my laptop, again, like it does for a TV.)
