I'm hoping some of you guys can help me out. I recently installed XP SP3 on my laptop as I wasn't happy with vista. The problem I'm having (it's the same with vista) is that my Creative zen V Plus doesn't connect correctly to my PC. The computer recognises the player but can't install it. I have tried to install the drivers several ways but to no avail. I know creative players have an issue with WMP 11 but as I did a fresh install I have no previous version to roll back to and am unable to uninstall the current version. I would really appreciate any help. I need my tunes for the gym.
