Hello I was wondering if there will ever come a time
when LCD TV's, and Projection TV's, will be able to use
3D Technology. I figured most people have gotten rid of there
old Tube Sets by now.

Thank's for the input...

What do you consider "3D technology"?

3D technology is not a function of the TV, per se.

AFAIK, the red/blue and polarization methods of 3D will work on a tube TV if you input the right signal and have the right glasses.

As far as other methods of 3D, suchs as LCD shuttering, it may or may not be possible since you need the LCD glasses synchronized to the screen.

Also, I do not want a tube TV so I can just use shutter Glasess.
That is a waste of time, money, on a out dated TV......

You still haven't defined what you consider 3D technology.

If you are thinking of holographic projection, that is a totally different technology and has nothing to do with TV technology as we know it today.

I gave you an answer.

Unless you have a way to defy the law of physics, that's the answer.

It's not a function of the TV itself.

I think you are missing the point or I am not understanding your question.

Hello,
I am not talking about the Polarized 3D like you see at The Movies.
I am talking about the Glasses that come with the DVD Journey to the Center of the Earth.
I hope this clears things up. Thanks.
