PS2 Slim Fails To Load CD

I have a new PS2 Slim Console with Matrix Infinity (latest Firmware)...

And I have a problem loading CDs

I mean, my DVDs are loaded perfectly and play smoothly.

When it comes to CDs, my console loads the PLAYSTATION 2 logo and then the screen remains black, and the disk inside starts to spin very quickly.

Why is this happening?

Some slim PS2 just don't like CD's
What brand of disk and type did you use to burn the backups.

What speed did you use? What program?

Hey!

After searching some posts, i found a topic that you participated too, about ScanLite and CD->DVD and it actually worked.

I wonder why this article is not so popular, coz I see many ppl wondering about the PS2 cds :(
