Hi all, I'm a n00b when it comes to encoding Blu-Ray and have been trying to backup Pirates of the Caribbean 3. I am using MeGUI to encode it from BD to MKV and it is extremely slow encoding the 2nd pass. It did the first one in about 2 hours or so at around 28fps. However, the 2nd pass is pegged at only 7.81fps and has been encoding for 5 hours and is only halfway through.. What gives? I have a Q9550 CPU and am not using any super high quality settings either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
