N*L Teesside cable modem problems

Hi

Does anyone know what has happened to the cable modems in the Teesside area. Mine went off last night, I suspect it isn't to do with the mac addresses as I know people who have the same issue. It may be due to a change in the TFTP address. Any help with sorting this out would be great, I have been search the net and unable to find out anything about a solution - Thanks
