this has just started to happen since i got a new pc and installed all the same programs i had on my old pc, i dl a film and it plays fine with sound on my pc, then ill convert it to dvd with winavi and there is no sound, am i missing something here, iv checked all my settings and they seem to be fine, can any one help me please.

Use DVD Flick instead of WinAVI, make sure that your source sound is one that is compatible with your home theater. I ran in to a problem with 1080 torrents having 6 channel audio not playing on my HT (even though it's a 7.1 system) changed the audio encoding to 5.1 in DVD Flick and all is well.

thanks ill give dvd flick ago, ive used winavi for yrs with no probs, and its been working ok on my new pc aswell i dont no wats gone wrong.
