Which Emulators can be converted to DVD?

I know that Snes Station and MAME can be transferred to play on both CD and DVD , but what other Emulators can be put onto DVD?

I burned and played snes station and genesis to dvd without patching. Im not sure but homebrew apps will work both for CD and DVD as ive yet to try one that doesnt.
ROMS burned on DVDs didnt work. Snesstation and genesis can't read ROMS from them so CDs may still be best.

I have both Sega Genesis and SNES STation burned to DVD .
