Your local computer parts store will probably have a basic case and PSU (500watts) for around $40-50.
I recommend buying them separate.

Yeah, because the PSUs that come with cases are almost always cheap crap, prone to reliability issues and even fire.
The Corsair 400W is a very capable unit, it could power two of your current system, even with the HD4670 in it.

i now have the case and psu , and i noticed in my old case the motherboard is this way up (http://g.imageshack.us/img3/dscf1024.jpg) , to fit the new case it will have to be turned upside down , which means my current graphics card is also upside down . will this cause any problems with heat and can the bord actuly go upside down ?

I've no idea what you've done there but the URL to the image doesn't work. Host the pic again, click 'show advanced linking' and copy and paste the one it tells you NOT to use in here, don't use any tags, just paste the link here.
You do not need to turn the motherboard upside down in 99% of cases.

As far as normal PCs go, as it happens that board is already upside down, with your new case you're putting it the 'right way up'. There is no harm in any PC component being upside down.

The air will disperse horizontally, as long as it has somewhere to go it'll be fine.

hey thanks for the help finaly got the parts and put it all together last friday, it was my first time swaping cases , and wiring up the components. and it went without a hitch, allthough it took me 2 hr. but im very happy with the results i can run nearly any game now at full settings. even crysis at max and still get 35- 40 fps. i also overclocked the graphics card a little bit.
gpu clock 795MHz
memory clock 915MHz
average 45 degres at full load in ati ccc overdrive
