Burning A Audio DVD / Nero

Help!

I took my computer to the shop, the computer guy told me that I could burn my audio talks that over an hour onto a dvd and make a audio dvd am using nero express (nero 6,) I also purchase A roxie burning program. I have not install it yet, not sure am going to keep it. My question how do I burn my talks that are more than 80mins onto a dvd? I need them to able to play them back and listen to them?
