Hi, if anyone was looking for model-gadget number here it is, 02088732310. i know they as such a pain in da butt! the only way u could contact them was for them to send u a bloody email!! they never reply ur emails, so yea..how i got this number? its a long story...but here it goes...i ordered a R4 card from them, and it didnt came, so i emailed them saying i want a refund...no replies...then abt 2weeks later, they emailed me a royal mail shipping tracking code, which doesnt even work...soo anoher 2 weeks later...i tracked the royal mail number again and it shows the item returned to model gadget due to incorrect address...so 2 days later again, they rang me with this number and corrected the address and sent me the item....took over 1month to sort my problem, hopefully if u guys are worried just give this number a call..they should be able to deal with the problem ur after...good luck guys...
