MAGNAVOX MWR20V6 HELP PLEASE

Ok this thing gets on a setting sometime and I can not get it back so I can watch tv and then sometimes the tv starts working out of the blue and I can not figure out what I did.

I have the sat cable going into the in
I have the cable going out to tv
I have the audio and video cables going from the dvd/vcr going into the tv
I have wii hooked up the frong audio/video.

I my tv set for channel 4

I can watch the dvd with no problem
I can watch the vcr with no problem
I can play the wii with no problem
I can not get the directtv to work

I have pushed the input on my tv and the tv/video button, I have changed the channels on my tv and my dvd/vcr. I have tried everything I can think of but the directtv just stopped working.

It works find if I hook the directtv to another tv. If I unhook it from the dvd/vcr it will work great as a direct connection from the directtv to the tv. I want it hooked up to the vcr incase I want to record something.

Everything was working fine last week. What can I do?
