I don't know anything T_T!

Ok so I download VIRTUALDUB (what ever thats for ) and VOSUB (it's supposed to help play the video with sub) But there no subs. I have the subtitle file (CP.srt) and the video file (CP.rmbv) I tried to play it with RealMedia Player and Windows Media Player but no subtitles!

So please help me T_T! I need genius
