How do you Extend the time of the Mouse Hover Messages?
I want to be able to scroll over a post in a forum and read the mouse hover message of what the post contains, but it goes away after a few seconds and then you have to go and do it again. Its very annoying. This time seems to be the same on the mouse hover messages all over windows, how can I fix this to stay on until I move the mouse?
