could youjust use Windows DVD Maker that comes with vista, because i cant download anything and it would be handy if you could.

Oh and wheres the best site to get the newest and legal torrents?

Wow...

1.) DVD Maker? If that's a DVD burner, then you might be able to. But if your parents aren't letting you download anything, they've probably got a lock on your DVD drive access, too, meaning you won't be able to burn and rip from your drive.

2.) All torrents are legal. The things you have to worry about are the files that those torrents give you access to. :P
