in a specific mod chip, you can boot up usb jump drives for some reason...

probably, but usb HDD works fine on ps2.

yes you can you need usb advance and usb insane put game in drive pick your computer hard drive let it do its thing copy the files from your hard drive and place on flash drive make sure flash drive is fat32 also as goth1k said you need a method of booting homebrew apps
