This is a weird error that I've NEVER gotten before. I just built a new machine and everything was fine until I tried to access my hard drives. Whenever I double-click any of my hard disks, Windows prompts me with the Open With... dialogue. I can browse for Explorer.exe, and it will open it, but I seriously don't want to do this every single time for the next few years until I format again. Anyone ever have this error?

P.S.
I can type in C:\ or V:\ or F:\ and access the drive fine in the address bar, but this is an annoyance I'd like to get rid of ASAP.
