flashfxp wont connect to my xbox it is not mod

All the wires are connected and all that stuff and am using router.
i was wondering if there is any kind of special wire that is supposed to connect my xbox to my coumputer
COMPUTER INFO:
Windows XP
Desk top
---------------------------------------------------------------------
the first thing i do is i open flash fxp i go to quick connect
type in my ip:192.168.15.2
usernamer:xbox
pass:xbox
remote path:
proxy server:default
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Then it says
Winsock 2.0 -- OpenSSL 0.9 8b 04 May 2006
[R]Connecting to 192.168.15.2 -> IP=192.168.15.2

[R]Connected to 192.168.15.2
[R]Connection failed (Connection lost)

if you know how to fix this plz tell me.
INFO ON MY XBOX:
never opend it
not modded
ip configuration:automatic
DNS configuration:automatic
PPPOE configuration:OFF
XBOX SYSTEM INFO:

D:1.00.5960.01

so if you think anything might help that i can do without opening my xbox plz post it here..... THANKEYOU

Well you cant ftp to the xbox straight from the stock ms dashboard, you need an exploit or an AIO(all in one) disc to do that. Both act as dashboards that have full ftp access.

what do you mean by exploit or an AIO disc does this invole opening my xbox because i dont want to do that??

They are both softmods meaning no need to open the xbox, but I think the AIO disc is only for xboxes that are already hacked but im not sure.
Again check the above link for more information on how to mod the xbox or ftp to it.

There doesn't appear to be a need to open the box if those tuts are anything to go buy(what are you afraid of),it's pretty straight forward to undo a box so long as you have the torx bit driver then you could replace the original hd with a decent sized one,a 10 or 20gb won't hold sweet fa,to play backups you need to install the game to hd with dvd2xbox
