How to connect xbox360 to flashfxp

Help i have been trying for 2 days to connect my xbox up with flash fxp, i have tried everything no luck no connection could some one help.My xbox360 is not chipped as yet wanted to see if i could make back up games first. My setting are xbox ip 192.168.1.3 submask 255.255.255.0 gateway blank my pc is 192.168.1.2 submask 255.255.255.0 i am using a cross over cable direct from pc to xbox all i get is connection failed can any one HELP.
