How do I remove virus popup hn k-1-3542-4232123213-7676767-8888886 ?

This pop-up comes up every time after I restart or boot up my pc. After reading something from sophos.com, it describes it as W32/SdBot-DOF. I have not yet been able to find any instructions on how to remove this or if it's even a valid threat. I have on my pc now, full versions of Webroot Spy Sweeper and Trend Micro Antivirus, but don't know how to alert the programs to detect this threat? either. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I have had the same problem too. been working on it all day. I have run spybot and ccleaner to no avail. What did work was I started my system in safe mode then went looking for where this stemmed from my came in an e-mail 0n the 12 of march from xbox. Once i deleted this from my e-mail and then emptied the deleted mailbox. It has not come back up.

I think a program update of some kind (glich) caused this aggravating pop up. Still haven't figured out what it is, but got rid of it by setting my pc to a January restore point, which with my luck probably just hid this possible virus deeper in the hard drive. It worked, but had to re-run all Windows security updates and others.
