I can't seam to find any clear information on the practical use of Windows virtualization for the small business or home user.

Can somebody please help me to better understand it and what it can do for me?

I run Windows HPC server 2008 x64 SP1 and have some issues where I do need to run certain Adobe apps that require Vista x86 or x64 and others only run in old XP x86.

What virtual app will allow me to install apps under a certain OS on top of my main Server as Workstation 2008 x64 system?
