ebay baned my ps2 sale

i put my 200 gig ps2 with hd advance on ebay with no games in harddrive its illegal to sell with games .but the still banned it is there a way around this

no.. no way round it.. try relisting it and it will be removed again.. hd advance is on the lists as a copy protection removal device.. your console is modified in a fucvntional way.. all such devices are banned from sale.. read the fleabay TOS and you will see that it is so.

Chances are even if you try listing it as a stock ps2 now.. they will remove it by the assumption (and going on the asking price.. you ain't going to sell it for 99p are you) it is modified.. and that your listing is not a fair description of the goods...

Your name is on their lists as a possible pirate now.. you have fallen under their radar and they will look at everything you list.

When I sold my modified ps2 matrix chip system with 80 games I rephrased it(example) Selling Rare ps2 Matrix complete + Games then in the description I would say email me for list of games and system type and never mention what type of system it was buy I listed everything in the email. Hope this helps Also try ioffer.com everybody selling modified systems there.

the funny thing about this is i bought it on ebay is was listed as slightly moded ps2 . maybe it slipped through the system that time .when i listed it. it lasted one hour then got removed .got 15 bids in one hour too ebay sux

i have heard it is not illegal to copy games that you buy legit but if you sell the copy of the original games you must destroy the copys is this true

You can only make a copy of the game (Original) that you own. BUT if you sell the original game then you MUST destroy the copy.

Sorry but personally I find it weird that people can sell all the latest or oldest copy games then post a disclaimer stating you must own the original game before buying... How can they sell what they don't own??? Oh Well it's a Mad World

your right it is a mad world some things just dont make sense . hd advance is legal to buy but illegal to use or sell ocording to ebay
