PDC World Championship Darts Problems..

Hi there,
I am not a game person, but i got my husband the PDC World Championship Darts 2008 for his computer and well when he installs it he gets a white screen. and if he presses control alt delete, everything the box to select log off or task manager is very large. Does anyone know what the problem could be??
