Thanks for the reply... I changed my ram to http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145194
The PSU is on sale for 94$ free shipping (save like 65$) and the zalman fan is also on sale for the same price as the fan you specified so should I still change the fan? The Q9400 does looking good and I think Ill swap the q6600 for it.
I can actually get the 650w, zalmans Fan, and 4870 for a total of 280$ after the Mail-in rebates (40$ in rebates) I think I get those while the sale is still on..

Yes you should, because the Noctua cooler is much better than the Zalman. My point still stands about the power supply, you can at lest just get the 550W VX. If you are overclocking by any significant amount, I also strongly recommend you get the faster PC8500 RAM instead, the PC6400 will limit you to a max of 3.2Ghz.

ok so I did upgrade to the ram you reccommended and also got the 550W PSU.. I know this sounds stupid but the Noctua cooler is just so....ugly compared to the zalmans and I kinda like to show off my case with all the lights, but if it really is that much better then Ill still get it.

I don't like the looks of the 9700 anyway personally, since when it's mounted in the case you only see its side. I preferred the flat-on Zalman coolers like the 7700, but trust me, the Noctua coolers are much better, especially when you run the fan speed down.

Ok just ordered 3 components towards this build... The sapphire 4870, Corsair 550W, and the Noctua cooler for 325$ without the rebates.. If every other part is good then I will buy the rest soon.(and I did upgrade to the PC8500 RAM and Q9400 too)

Not really, it won't make much of a difference.
