Problem with GTA San Andreas-no radio

I can't seem to get sound from the radio even if i add user tracks they still don't work, i have the sound effects etc gun fire, voices. i have no idea why this has happened cause i reinstalled the game and before that it was working fine.

This is a problem with the Game, dont know why. The audio has some major issues, but mine eventuially went away on their own after quitting and restarting the program. Disable EAX and all that too. might help
