Having trouble flashing firmware in vista 64bit

What can I use to flash the firmware with vista 64bit? I was trying to use ixtreme 1.4 but it won't work with 64bit. What tools can I use to backup my original firmware and flash my drive with either ixtreme 1.4 or 1.51. I'm new to this.
