Hey guys, basically the issue here is-:
My HD ready TV is has a DVI slot so i used a DVI==>HDMI converter, now as you guys know - that process only transfers the video. I was told elsewhere that i would be able to use that process along with the AV cables (red white and yellow) to produce the sound on my PS3.

Now heres the problem - my tv has a HD channel and an AV channel. what happened was this - i got my video on the HD channel but my sound on the AV channel. Is there any way of using them together on one channel? its a phillips TV 37" if that helps.

I mean many people have used this process before, my only problem is that they appear separately.

Please help.
