Hi guys.

My friend has a prob, she has XP Home and when she turns on the pc it comes to the log on page and when she clicks on her account to log on the pc says 'saving your settings' and returns to the log on page? Cant get past that.

It does the same thing in safe mode.

She has also tried, via F8, starting in the last good configuration......any ideas please?
